Operation Manager Memphis TN. Distribution

PWSi is seeking the position of Operations Manager for its Memphis TN. location.
Sucessful candidate will have at minimum 5 years experience in Distribution and Supply Chain Management. BS in Business Management is preferred or equivalent experience desired.

The Operations Manger will oversee approximately 30 employees at the site and will provide direction, scheduling, efficiency and productivity of those employees. Will have day to day communication with the customer base. Will be responsible for budget and making Plan weekly.

Position requires dedication and candidate must demonstrate maturity in conflict situations. Coaches, Mentors other for results.

The Operations Manager reports directly to the General Manager of PWSi.

Adminstrative Clerk Warehouse Salem / Memphis

PWSi is currently seeking positions of Adminstrative Clerk Warehouse in our Salem Va. and Memphis Tn. Facilities.

Positions will be responsible for Dock Data Entry of Inbound Loads, Determining Fixed Rates and Collection of Fees associated with unloads. Give direction to inbound drivers and oversee assigned dock.

Sucessful Candidates must be able to work in adverse climates. Have excellent Communication, Technical and Math skills. Be able to maintain composure in complex situations. Have Integrity, Dedication and Loyalty.

Education qualifications: Degree / Certificate in IT and Data Entry preferred or equivalent experience in same field.
